WhatsApp KPI alerts for Myanmar managers

Myanmar managers live on WhatsApp. A dashboard nobody opens loses to a short alert: “Cash below threshold” or “CAC up 20% week-over-week.”

Build alerts on governed metrics only. Noise kills trust — start with two or three thresholds, not twenty.

This is a classic AI / automation win that does not require a flashy chatbot. It requires clean data and clear ownership of who gets the message.
